Kids Yoga happens Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm at Urban Yogi in Bugolobi. Ages 3-9. 25K. Wednesdays in Bukoto 3.30pm. Ages 3-9. 20k
Seals are a swimming group with members from 2 – 25 years, training daily at Kampala Parents School in Naguru.
Gymnastics take place at Prifare Fun Zone in Kansanga on Mondays. 4pm is for 4 – 6 year olds, 5pm for 7 – 12 year olds and costs 15k.
Ballet and Modern Dance classes for ages 4 and above, are held by Autumn Studios at the Nest on Ntinda Road Weekdays 1-4pm and Saturdays 1-4pm
Autumn Studios also hold Dance and Music Classes for ages 3.5 – 16 Saturdays 9am – 1pm in Makindye.
Kampala Music School has lessons for adults and kids, and a special class for 3 – 5 year olds in term time on Saturdays.
